Delivery time

Order cutoff time: (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
Order handling time / Order processing time: 1—2 days (Mon – Fri).
Transit time / Delivery time: 3—4 days (Mon – Fri).
Maximum processing time (working days): 4 hours.
The cut-off time for accepting orders for same-day processing: 1 PM EST (Mon – Fri).
Customer shipping cost — Free Shipping.

Packaging of items

Each product is delivered in its original hard packaging and additionally placed in a sturdy cardboard box, which provides double protection of filters from damage during delivery.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods in case of a claim.

Can a customer cancel his order?

After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.

For digital products:

Delivery within minutes of purchase validation.

By purchasing on our site, you can now receive the purchased product within minutes of payment validation. We have specifically developed a tool that enables us to deliver our licenses within a few minutes.

Where will I receive my purchase?

All our digital products are delivered digitally in the form of a product key for the product. Most product keys are delivered whitin 4-5 hours, but generally it wil take 15-20 mins. If you have not received the product key after 6 hours, please contact us.

IMPORTANT: While the company will do its utmost to deliver the product instantly after payment, it shall have no liability for any delay in email delivery or non-delivery or for any consequential loss. Delays due to circumstances outside the control of the company shall not entitle the customer to cancel any order or to refuse to accept email delivery.
